FAQ
What’s the purpose of this training platform?
The Fluke Academy team built this platform in direct response to your requests for practical, on-the-job training. Launched in June 2025, it’s designed to grow with your needs—starting with e-Learning and expanding into application training, live-online sessions, and in-person classes. Check back often for new content.
What’s available now?
In this first release, you’ll find core e-Learning courses covering popular Fluke tools and applications in the English language. We're continuously expanding the course catalog, and your feedback helps us prioritize what comes next. Use the contact option to share your suggestions.
Where do I access my purchased courses?
Once you’ve purchased a training, a “My Training” link appears in the top menu. Click it to access your personal training dashboard anytime.
Why do I need to log in or create a Fluke account?
To give you immediate and personalized access to your training, we link it to your Fluke account. That same login also connects you to Fluke’s product registration, knowledge base, and technical support.
How long will I have access to my course?
Your purchased courses remain available as long as you keep your Fluke account active. Revisit the material anytime—it’s yours to keep.
What if the training I need isn’t listed yet?
We want to hear from you. Use the contact option to let us know what you’re looking for. Your input helps shape the training roadmap and ensures we prioritize topics that matter most to our users.
Can I buy multiple courses at once?
Yes. You can add as many e-Learning courses to your cart as you'd like. Each course will appear once in your order summary.
Can I order courses for my team?
Not at this time. Currently, each e-Learning course is tied to the individual who purchases it. Team functionality is something we’re looking into for future updates.
Why aren’t any courses showing for me?
The platform is launching gradually, starting in select countries and in English only. If you don’t see courses yet, your country may not be supported—yet. More regions and languages are coming soon.
